Title: Community Rules
Post by: root on November 16, 2020, 08:44:52 PM

1. Common Sense

Speak English at all times.
Be respectful to other players.
Do not disrupt, void or stall roleplay scenes.
Racism, playing offensive music, trolling and disregarding administrator instructions is forbidden.
Do not advertise other communities, websites and game servers.
Do not exploit bugs, report them instead.
Do not break any of the rules listed on this thread.
Do not install or use any third-party modifications.
If you think something is wrong, don't do it.

2. Account Usage & Distribution

We're a pretty small and close-knit community, therefore only one account and character is allowed per player.
Lending, sharing or selling your account or the items on your possession is strictly forbidden, the same goes for creating a secondary account.

3. Deathmatching (DM)

Hitting, killing or provoking players with an insufficient reason is strictly forbidden.
Revenge killing also falls under this rule. You should not return to the scene of your death regardless of your reasons to do that.
Any acts of terrorism such as planting bombs, exploding yourself, creating mass chaos, et cetera, are not allowed without administrator permission.

4. Metagaming (MG)

You are not allowed to use any OOCly obtained information In-Character.
That includes using voIP software, PMing other players about IC related things, sharing information after you've died and so on.

5. Powergaming (PG)

You are not allowed to perform unrealistic actions or force roleplay upon anyone without giving them a fair amount of time to respond.
Roleplaying anything unrealistic that will benefit you in one way or another is forbidden, as well as life disregarding, ramboing, performing unrealistic stunts, healing during fights.
Performing/leading shootouts in/to popular safe zones such as Pershing Square, Bank, Jobs, Dealerships and Hospitals is disallowed.

6. Abusing SA-MP Physics

You are not allowed to abuse any of the SA-MP physics.

Bunny Hopping - Jumping rapidly in order to get somewhere faster.
Vehicle Surfing - Standing on top of a speeding vehicle without falling.
Olympic Swimming - Continuously swimming without getting exhausted.
Chicken Running - Running around in a circle or in zig-zag motion to avoid being hit.
Spraying - Spraying someone with a spraycan or a fire extinguisher while they are being hit or shot.
Ninja Jacking - Jacking someone's vehicle with no roleplay involved and/or killing them while doing so.

7. Robbing & Scamming

You are not allowed to rob businesses in your hood or such located in popular safe zones.
All possessions that can be passed to other players can be robbed/scammed, except for vehicles and houses.
You are not allowed to kill the player(s) after robbing/scamming them, unless they refuse to follow your instructions.

Tip: Stashing your belongings such as money, drugs and guns in your house and carrying only what's necessary is a good idea.

8. Legal Factions Rules

You are not allowed to taze or beanbag a player who's in a vehicle, swimming or has their gun out.
You are not allowed to shoot the tires of an evading vehicle unless the suspects have shot at you or someone else.
You may only use an M4 when it matches the suspects type of weaponry, e.g: AK47, MP5, SWAT are exempt from this.
If there are less than 10 law enforcement officers online, they are allowed to revenge-kill once for the sake of being fair.

9. Illegal Factions Rules

Camping in the hood of a rival faction or performing attacks alone is not allowed.
Taking your gun out in public without a sufficient reason during any time of the day is strictly forbidden.
One hour cooldown is applied to both factions after an attack is performed, this means they can't attack anyone until its over.
Forming an alliance with your sworn enemies, for example Grove Street Families and Kilo Tray Ballas is not allowed.
Your faction can only have one ally that you can hang out and perform attacks with, the rest being neutral and enemies.

The new rules were reconstructed and simplified in order to help players understand them better and avoid confusion.
This is also an attempt to lessen restrictions to allow everyone to roleplay freely without being held back by OOC rules.
