If you feel that another player has broken any of the In Game rules, and there's no way you can work it out without involving staff, you can simply post a topic using the guidelines below. Bear in mind, however, that evidence is a must.

Valid evidence includes unedited screenshots or videos and administrator's statement. If you have edited screenshots/videos, you can still post them, although do keep in mind that the admin will base his answer on his understanding of the scene and will be able to deny your request if he believes the proof isn't 'legit' or isn't good enough.

In order to report a player, please use the given format.

After report has been posted, reported player will be informed and given 48 hours to respond. Also, please inform witnesses, if there are any, that a report which involves them has been posted - staff members are only responsible of informing the reported party.


Please do not keep posting and going back and forth. Post what you have to say and let the other person respond, then allow the administrator to ask questions.

Ban Appeals / Ban Appeal Information

Ban appeals are suppose to be responded to within 2 weeks, but some leniency is given to administrators that are busy with other tasks or are on a leave of absence from the staff team. If a ban appeal has not been responded to in 2 weeks, you may contact a member of Staff Management to make sure the appeal is handled.


The ban appeal section is used for:

  • In-Game Bans
  • Discord bans
  • Forum and community bans (another community member can request for the banned player to be temporarily unbanned from the forums to make the appeal).

    The above punishments should only be appealed on the forums.


    Please use the below format when appealing bans. The handling staff member may refuse to take edited evidence into consideration, so please do your best to present unedited evidence when appealing.

Refund Requests / Refund Request Information

    Refund Requests are basically our way of compensating the player if he loses his stuff because of one of the following reasons:

    • Losing any IG item due to rulebreaking (Must be confirmed by an admin IG or in a forum report)
    • Losing any IG item due to a confirmed bug (If the bug wasn't confirmed, it'll be up to the staff team to approve/deny the request).
    • Losing any IG item due to staff mistakes/false ajails, bans, etc...

    Items will not be refunded in the following cases:

    • Losing IG items due to bug abusing.
    • Losing IG items due to a IC situation (Unless rulebreaking was involved).
    • Losing IG items due to a justified ban/ajail.
    • The loss of an item that is more than 30 days old.

    We expect all refund requests to have sufficient proof, which is classified as the following:

    • An unedited screenshot with timestamp.
    • An unedited video.
    • A "/time" stamp located in the screenshot.

    If you have edited screenshots/videos, you can still post them, although do keep in mind that a staff member will base their answer on their understanding of the scene and will be able to deny your request if they believe the proof isn't 'legit' or isn't good enough.

    If you can't find your refund request, it was probably moved to the pending section if an admin has replied to it or to the archive if it was accepted/Denied.
