Refund Request Information

    Refund Requests are basically our way of compensating the player if he loses his stuff because of one of the following reasons:

    • Losing any IG item due to rulebreaking (Must be confirmed by an admin IG or in a forum report)
    • Losing any IG item due to a confirmed bug (If the bug wasn't confirmed, it'll be up to the staff team to approve/deny the request).
    • Losing any IG item due to staff mistakes/false ajails, bans, etc...

    Items will not be refunded in the following cases:

    • Losing IG items due to bug abusing.
    • Losing IG items due to a IC situation (Unless rulebreaking was involved).
    • Losing IG items due to a justified ban/ajail.
    • The loss of an item that is more than 30 days old.

    We expect all refund requests to have sufficient proof, which is classified as the following:

    • An unedited screenshot with timestamp.
    • An unedited video.
    • A "/time" stamp located in the screenshot.

    If you have edited screenshots/videos, you can still post them, although do keep in mind that a staff member will base their answer on their understanding of the scene and will be able to deny your request if they believe the proof isn't 'legit' or isn't good enough.

    If you can't find your refund request, it was probably moved to the pending section if an admin has replied to it or to the archive if it was accepted/Denied.
