Hey everyone, I need some advice...

For many its hard to lose weight, but for some as well, its very difficcult to gain it.

I have been trying to do so for the past 2 years, and it was just not happening.... Long story short, some stuff happpened to me and I lost about 16lbs. thats really bad considering I wasnt "big".. Anyway Ive been trying to gain it back but nothing has worked  I donno what it is. Does anyone know something that can fix this? Are there certain foods that improve appetite?

I know some of you probably wanna reply with "just eat more" but its not that simple, its like telling an overweight person "to go run/eat less"..  and no one gets it at all, our society is full of overweight people so when someone sees a skinny kid/person they"d say "oh my goshh your soo skinny" Well Im sorry but how about "oh my goshh you"re so fat", people just dont get it, this is just as hard as loosing weight I bet.

To also mention, I dont want to gain bad weight fat, so no suggestions for fast food please. I wanna be able to make everything at home...
